The Roasted Ham with Herbs is the most popular baked speciality. The selected raw material is flavoured with natural herbs and spices. It is then baked without oven form to maintain its natural shape that stands out on the slicing table. It is soft and very tasty on the palate thanks to its strong herb flavouring.
